Hekaya Haven
Simamisha nishukie hapa because if it's not death by
tax, it's definitely death by bills, burnout, traffic,
work pressure, "quick calls" that are never quick and
adulting reminding us premium dust stays constant. In
between, we try to live a little - because life is for
the living! Sometimes we genuinely need a place to
refuel. To laugh properly. To meet good people. To exist
outside routine for a few hours. So The Hekaya Haven
curated exactly . An intimate and joyful evening of
stories, play, conversation, connection, games, laughter,
interesting lore and genuinely good energy. The kind of
space where you come for "just vibes" and somehow leave
with:
- new inside jokes
- new friendships
- additions to your album
- random deep conversation
and at least one person saying: "we really need to do
this again." |

Rhythm & Rage |
|

There's a lot to be angry
about right now (and rightfully so)...
Human greed. Dehumanisation. Oppression. Injustice.
Selfishness. Corruption. Femicide. The list goes on. We
invite you into a space to meet sacred rage with
curiosity, movement, and care. In this gathering, we are
reimagining our relationship with anger through
decolonial inquiry and dance therapy - reclaiming it
from the narratives that have made it something
dangerous, shameful, or wrong.
Facilitated by
Dance Therapist: Trinasia Jones |
Decolonial Psychologist: Tula Bischof
PLEASE NOTE: This workshop has 30 limited spots.
Registration will close once capacity is reached.
