Stories of Women & Girls: The Moth in Nairobi

Join The Moth and the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation for a special evening of personal stories told by men and women from across sub-Saharan Africa who are working to improve their communities and advocate for gender equality. At this first Moth storytelling showcase in Nairobi, listen to personal stories of taking charge, defying tradition, shedding limiting beliefs, and discovering what you're made of. Hear six storytellers from Kenya, Nigeria, Tanzania and Uganda -- all graduates of The Moth Global Community Program -- take to the mic and share personal tales of humility, hilarity, and hope."
